Metro Restaurant & Janitorial Supplies, Inc. was founded in March, 1993, by Philip and Maureen Sperin.  Mr. and Mrs. Sperin lived in Southern Maryland for over twenty-five years, before retiring to Florida.  Although they are still the primary shareholders of Metro they have entrusted there daily managerial duties to loyal and dedicated employees.  We at Metro pride ourselves on being a locally owned and operating business, with the interest of local businesses always in the forefront of our decisions.    All representatives of Metro are kind, courtesy and helpful beyond measure.  We have made it our policy to have a stand of excellence that outshines our competition.   Metro has always made a conscious effort to carry only quality products at competitive prices.  We have been serving businesses in St. Mary’s, Charles, Calvert, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel and Washington, D.C. since the opening of our doors and plan to continue to offer these and many more customers our standard of excellence.  We offer next day delivery on most items and to most locations.  Metro also has an open door policy for walk-in customers.  The warehouse has a display wall that allows individuals that enter from the street the opportunity to view a portion of items that we all use daily in our lives.  Metro welcomes any and all business owners and/or their representatives and of course everyday citizens that would like to grace our doors.
